The industry is already looking forward to Düsseldorf, where the leading global trade fairs for the wire, cable and pipe industries will take place from April 15 to 19, 2024.
Since November, all exhibiting companies have been live at www.wire.de, Exhibitors & Products 2024 and www.Tube.de, Exhibitors & Products 2024, presenting their products and trends on the Internet portals. In eleven weeks’ time, the industry will meet at the Düsseldorf Exhibition Center.
The special feature: Sustainability and energy efficiency are even more of a focus than in 2022. Daily Ecometal-Mrails through the halls are intended to convince visitors of the exhibitors’ new, clean production methods.
Trend forums, expert meetings and special pavilions on topics such as stainless steel, hydrogen, other regenerative energy sources, cutting and slitting, plastic pipes and end products in Fastener & Spring Making technologies are the focus.
Community bonding through the daily after-chill meetings in the outdoor area and in the North Entrance: here exhibitors can meet their customers after the trade fair has closed for drinks and tasty Düsseldorf snacks.
Range of products and services at Wire 2024
Wire 2024 will be held in exhibition halls 9 to 17 and is bigger than ever before, with around 66,900 square meters of occupied exhibition space and 1,026 exhibitors from 60 countries, exceeding even the pre-pandemic level.
Machines and systems for wire production and wire finishing, end products at Fasteners & Springs, tools and auxiliary materials for process engineering, materials, glass fiber technologies, special wires and cables as well as innovations from the fields of measurement, control, regulation and testing technology will be on display.
In addition to wire and cable machine manufacturers, wire and cable products and fiber optic technologies, impressive mesh welding machines will be on display in Hall 17. They pose particular challenges for logistics, as thick cables have to be installed in the supply shafts and connected to each other in order to generate the point current that the heavy machines need for the live presentation.
Fastener & Spring Making Technologies and their end products in Hall 16
The entire value chain for fasteners and springs is presented here: from raw materials, machines and systems to fasteners, connections and technical springs. For manufacturers, dealers and buyers of screws, fasteners, construction and hardware parts, springs of all kinds and bent wire parts, Wire Düsseldorf 2024 will once again be an important information and order platform.
Range of products and services at Tube 2024
The Tube is also excellently booked. So far, 768 exhibitors from 49 countries have registered. They occupy a total area of 49,600 square meters in Halls 1 to 7.1.
The entire process chain of the tube industry will be presented at Tube 2024 – concentrated and compact: Machines and systems for tube production, tube processing and tube processing as well as raw materials, plastic tubes, tubes and accessories, used machines, tools for process engineering, auxiliaries, measuring, control, regulation and testing technology are part of the extensive range. Trading in pipes, pipelines, OCTG technologies and profiles round off the range.
