Direct access to important functions and an overview of all parameters – the new Expert 3.0 control unit offers effective support for numerous welding tasks. It is compatible with all XQ power sources in the FlexFit housing (Titan XQ, Phoenix XQ and Taurus XQ) and the modular, decompact Phoenix XQ and Taurus XQ power sources. The control unit impresses with its user-friendliness. This includes the large display with color image and graphic support for displaying important parameters and welding sequences. The parameters are infinitely adjustable via a click wheel. This means that the control unit can even be operated with welding gloves. Recurring application combinations can be easily saved using the five favorites buttons. The color coding indicates the respective status.

Many functions for a perfect welding result
Precise setting and adjustment options for specific welding tasks lead to a perfect welding result. The job finder helps with the correct selection of the welding job and enables the parameters to be set quickly via a defined selection list. Operation can be customized using the hotkey function. Individual functions can be stored by double assignment of the quick selection keys. Operation is via pushbuttons. The integrated Xbutton secures use via assigned access rights and thus increases security in the process.
As a result, the Expert 3.0 ensures a consistent and high-quality welding process with precise control of the welding parameters. The control unit is robust and therefore designed for use in demanding conditions.
