Amada will once again be presenting numerous innovations at Euroblech, including in the areas of lasers and sheet metal forming. The program of the new subsidiary Amada Weld Tech will also attract attention.
Among other things, Amada will be presenting new versions of its pioneering laser systems that utilize the proven beam control technologies and functions of the Laser Integration System to further increase autonomy and profitability. The Fiber Silky Cut for precise stainless steel processing and the ultra-high-speed LBC Flash Cut for cutting small holes are complemented by innovations to reduce operating costs. User-friendly operation and increased productivity are supported by a wide range of automation solutions, including storage towers and parts removal modules. The EM ZRTe punching machine will also be presented – with special forming options, a capacity of 300 tools and an intelligent grinding system to extend tool life.

Hybrid product range of servo-electric and hydraulic press brakes
Building on the success of the EG bending machine, Amada presents a new series of servo-electric press brakes. The product range includes both ergonomic and stand-alone bending machines, which are optionally available with an automatic tool changer, as well as robot models. The new machine series complements the existing hydraulic HRB series.
Welding program extension
Furthermore, the Amada Group will present a wide range of solutions based on its many years of welding experience – from marking and welding of sheet metal parts to resistance welding and weld seam monitoring. The new mid-range fiber laser welding cell, FLW3000Le, offers an innovative set-up function to increase productivity. The flexible and expandable Jupiter system is suitable for both resistance and fiber laser micro welding. In addition, a new type of weld seam monitoring system that can be integrated into production lines and a desktop high-speed fiber laser marking system will be presented.

Enhanced solutions, such as the Amada webshop, will facilitate 24/7 ordering.
