Kemppi launched the new excellent MasterTig 535 ACDC GM.The MasterTig 535 ACDC completes the MasterTig family with 500A ACDC TIG power and user-friendly design.
The modular MasterTig family offers professional TIG welders a choice of different power levels, including 200 A, 300 A, 400 A and now 500 A model variants. A VRD version is also available for special applications.
The MasterTig 535 ACDC GM is suitable for use with power generators and offers a wide range of connection options. Designed for precision welding applications from 3A to 500A, the MasterTig 535 ACDC is a premium solution for welding a wide range of materials, including aluminum and stainless steel. Various user interfaces, remote control options, transport carts and torches are available to meet the different needs of users and welding environments.
The new MasterTig 535 ACDC GM includes the already known features of the MasterTig family in terms of user friendliness. The MTP35X panel (7″ TFT LCD color display) is equipped with Weld Assist as standard. This helps to set the optimum parameters for each welding task, both for TIG and MMA welding. The screensaver can be personalized with company logo and contact information or with a favorite picture.
In addition, the MasterTig 535 ACDC can be supplemented with a wireless remote control for hand and foot remote control. The new MasterTig Cooler MXL (1.7 kW) offers a higher cooling capacity and a LED illuminated water level indicator for easy control.
With the double pulse function it is possible to increase the welding speed by up to 30% and MicroTack is ideally suited for multiple, repeated tacking of thin sheets where a consistent and controlled appearance is of paramount importance. Optima AC is a custom waveform that improves weld quality and reduces noise levels in AC TIG welding by 20%.
