Kemppi introduces the new welding and grinding helmets in the Zeta range. They are the beginning of a new era of full-face protection in a lightweight design with a first-class field of vision. The welding and grinding helmets in the Zeta range are designed for multifunctional applications where both the face and eyes need to be protected. The feel during welding, grinding, testing and cutting is incomparable.

The Zeta range consists of four lightweight and slim helmet models. They are equipped with an advanced auto-darkening filter screen for welding, a wide visor for grinding and other practical features:
– Grinding helmet Zeta G200
– Zeta G200x grinding helmet with integrated LED work lights
– Welding helmet Zeta W200 with automatic darkening welding filter (ADF)
– Zeta W200x welding helmet with ADF and integrated LED work lights
Kemppi pays special attention to improved visibility and eye protection. This can be seen, for example, in the significantly expanded field of vision of 110 mm width and 60 mm height of the Zeta welding helmet with ADF. The Zeta grinding helmet is also equipped with a large visor with a height of 200 mm and a horizontal field of vision of 180°, explains Roger Rasmussen, Head of Business Unit Safety at Kemppi.
Advanced vision functions
The Zeta’s auto-darkening welding filter is an improved version with Vision+ technology for increased vision quality and work accuracy. The ADF DIN 2.5 status stands for high color contrast and good visibility through the filter when the arc is switched off.
Integrated LED work lights
The automatic function automatically switches off the work lights in strong ambient light. When the arc is extinguished or the ambient light is low, the work lights turn on again automatically.

Practically designed battery pack
The battery pack is attached to the neck strap, further improving the balance of the helmet. The battery pack is simply charged via USB charger and the charging status is checked by pressing a housing button.
Smooth surface, better hygiene
Kemppi also pays attention to details, such as a smooth inner surface of the Zeta helmets. Thus, the Zeta helmet is to clean and therefore always hygienic.
