Amada is launching its SRB-1003 press brake in Europe. The machine combines precision, intuitive operation and integration into Amada workflows, according to the manufacturer. The SRB-1003 replaces the HFEM2-1003 model and offers improvements in performance and user-friendliness.
Equipped with the AMNC 3i numerical control, the SRB-1003 is the first machine in Amada’s standard series to feature this user interface. This makes it compatible with other Amada press brakes equipped with AMNC controls. The SRB-1003 offers a press force of 1,000 kN over a bending length of 3,110 mm. The left and right hydraulic cylinders can be controlled independently. A natural crowning system ensures consistently precise bending, while the AS-01 laser safety system provides operator protection. Amada also offers tools to reduce set-up time and optimize production.
