At the Intec, international trade fair for machine tools, manufacturing and automation technology, ULT will show how employees, production facilities and products can be protected from the influence of airborne pollutants.

Many industrial cutting, joining or surface finishing processes generate dusts, fumes, vapors, odors or gases. These particles, some of which are nanoscale, must be effectively separated in accordance with legal requirements in order to ensure employee and occupational safety in manufacturing companies.

ULT offers comprehensive solutions in the field of extraction and filtration technology for a wide range of air pollutants and emissions. At the Intec in Leipzig, the company from Löbau will be presenting, among other things, its latest extraction system for laser smoke and explosive laser dusts, LAS 800. The filter system impresses above all with a high range of options and can be flexibly adapted to changing working conditions and machining processes.

ULT also presents its know-how in the field of pollutant collection. Using various collection solutions, the booth will impressively demonstrate how the filtration process can be optimized through clever collection and system design with regard to the efficiency of the extraction systems, but also with regard to energy savings and sustainability.
But ULT is more than a system supplier. The Upper Lusatian company also offers users specially configured air pollution control solutions designed for individual work processes.

ULT is an international supplier of extraction and filtration equipment for air pollution control as well as equipment for process air drying. The systems, which are developed and manufactured entirely in Germany, are used in a wide variety of areas in the manufacturing industry, for example mechanical engineering, process engineering, electronics production, additive manufacturing, battery cell production, but also in research, teaching institutions and the skilled trades. ULT AG products contribute significantly to the health protection of employees and to a clean and dry production environment.

Since its foundation in 1994, the company has been on a healthy growth course, continuously opening up new areas of application and maintaining a worldwide distribution and service network.
ULT places special emphasis on research and development, which is characterized by cooperation with research institutes and universities. The company has been DIN EN ISO 9001 certified for more than 20 years.
