Process reliability in your production
Even the best raw material is stress-relief annealed at Meusburger, which creates optimum conditions for further processing of the parts with low distortion. Thus, the allowance for the subsequent heat treatment can be reduced. The resulting shorter machining time and longer tool life create free capacities for other activities. Stress-relief annealing not only reduces throughput times, but also increases precision, which results in further cost savings for customers and ensures a competitive advantage in the long term.
Over 10 years of standardization in punching tool construction
The idea is almost 20 years old, but it took some more time until it was concretized and implemented. After thorough market analysis and countless customer discussions, the then Meusburger project manager Gerhard Krammel (now Head of Business Units) presented the brand new range of punching tools at Euroblech 2010. Last year, the 10th anniversary was to be celebrated at the same location – a celebration that was cancelled for well-known reasons. They made up for it at Blechexpo. It was nice anyway.
