Removing hard burrs from fiber lasers and rounding edges in a single operation—that’s what Arku Maschinenbau in Hannover is showcasing with its Edgebreaker 3000 Fiber deburring machine. Thanks to dual-sided processing, machining time can be reduced by up to 50%. The machine will also be on display in operation at Euroblech 2026.

The company is also introducing the Wizard for operating straightening and deburring machines. The software determines the appropriate machine parameters and assists operators in setting up the machines.

Other topics at the trade show include straightening and deburring machines for laser-cut, punched, and flame-cut parts, as well as autonomous parts handling. In addition, the company will showcase strip processing systems and coil laser systems. After Euroblech, interested visitors can see how the individual processing steps and systems work together at the company’s straightening and deburring center in Baden-Baden.
