The new Riv938P and Riv939P riveting machines from the Italian manufacturer Rivit are suitable for industrial applications and increase productivity and performance in the processing of rivet nuts thanks to a series of improvements to the pneumatic motors that reduce processing times.
Rivit, a company from Ozzano dell’Emilia specializing in fastening solutions, offers two models of improved riveting machines that combine the structural solidity of the standard models (Riv938 and Riv939) with a series of improvements to maximize the speed of screwing and unscrewing the threaded rivet nuts: the Riv938P and Riv939P. Thanks to their technical features that can increase the screwing speed by an average of 25 percent, these new versions are suitable for the metal carpentry sector, for storage and handling systems and for assemblies in highly productive environments where cycle time is an important value-added parameter.
What makes these riveting machines so efficient is the improved power supply to the motors and the improved air flows in the inlet and outlet area. In addition, the unique pneumatic return system of the primary piston reduces power losses, which in most riveting machines are due to the return spring, resulting in a higher overall efficiency of the machine.
The two models have some differences that should be taken into account when purchasing. The Riv938P enables the clamping of rivet nuts with diameters up to M10 and achieves a force of 20 KN, while the Riv939P covers a range of rivet nuts up to M12 and has a force of up to 26.6 KN.
Both the new Riv938P and Riv939P are also offered in versions compatible with the new Controlriv Gen3 quality control system for fasteners recently launched by Emilian at national and international level.
