The VisionLine is characterized by optimum flexibility, which was already taken into account during the development and design phase in order to easily adapt the system to customer requirements. Thanks to freely adjustable working heights, an adjustable and clear touch display and a status display, the Vision Line hardness tester offers optimum convenience in day-to-day work. The compact, fully automatic version without protective housing and the flexible operating unit offer a high level of comfort – also in terms of ergonomics. The special clamping system ensures that the component is secured against slipping with constant force. This prevents damage to the machine, guarantees reliable test results and provides users with a high level of safety. Thanks to the infinitely variable and fast feed speed, operation is simple, ergonomic and time-saving.

Adapted for future requirements

With an optional load extension, the VisionLine hardness testers can be adapted to different testing requirements and reduce operating costs. The 8-fold tool changer, which is freely configurable and can accommodate up to four load extensions, considerably expands the range of applications and opens up new possibilities. The retrofittability and retrofit options ensure sustainable use of the system, protect against long-term investments and help to reduce costs.
