“Stronger together” – with this aim the merger of Kjellberg Finsterwalde Plasma und Maschinen GmbH with Kjellberg Vertrieb GmbH took place at Kjellberg Finsterwalde. Already prepared since July, this step is now officially sealed. From now on the business units development, production and sales are united under the roof of Kjellberg Finsterwalde Plasma und Maschinen GmbH.

While Volker Krink and Dr. Jörg Eßmann were already introduced as new management of the Kjellberg Finsterwalde Plasma und Maschinen GmbH in May, Falk Tzschichholz completes the management team as Director Sales & Marketing and as authorized signatory with immediate effect and is responsible for the business area sales. Together with Dr. Michael Schnick, managing director of the holding, Kjellberg Finsterwalde disposes of an experienced and dynamic top management in the field of plasma cutting. With their extensive experience background they have set themselves the target to direct all forces and the focus on that, in which Kjellberg Finsterwalde is a global player for many years: the plasma cutting.

“The social, economic and technological situation is changing faster than ever. This is precisely why we must continue to focus on exactly what we are particularly good at and on what we have our influence: Successfully mastering ongoing development projects and tackling new ones in order to remain a strong player in the market,” summarizes Volker Krink.

Since the successful market launch of the Industry 4.0-capable Q plasma cutting system at the end of 2019, Kjellberg Finsterwalde has explicitly focused on new and further developments in the field of digitalization in its now interlinking corporate strategies. “For me in particular, it is an exciting time full of new challenges that we are tackling together from now on: not only the further development of our products in the direction of Industry 4.0, but also many new topics and approaches that arise for us as sales in the current situation,” adds Falk Tzschichholz, who is no stranger to Kjellberg Finsterwalde. Until 2016, he was responsible for plasma product management at Kjellberg Finsterwalde and was particularly active as a sales manager in the Asian region. After four years he is now back in the traditional company and motivated to further advance plasma cutting as Director Sales & Marketing.
