Kohler Maschinenbau GmbH will once again be present with two exhibition stands at this year’s Euroblech in Hanover.
Visitors can look forward to particularly interesting highlights in both the strip leveling systems and the part leveling machines areas.

Equipped with special performance, Kohler visualizes the ongoing straightening process in a particularly vivid way.
Kohler will be exhibiting its tried-and-tested hydraulic-free Peak Performer 60P.1600 part leveler with extended cleaning system and reversible leveling rollers at the trade fair.
Thanks to the patented electromechanical straightening gap control, stable straightening processes and optimum straightening results are achieved – while at the same time being more economical and more environmentally friendly.
It is clear that flat and low-stress sheets can be optimally processed.
But the actual straightening process can only be guessed at by simply looking at the part straightening machine.
At its trade fair stand, Kohler will be providing strikingly deep insights into the straightening technology and visualizing the most important machine data through modern and efficient monitoring.

Kohler presents a precision straightening machine especially for straightening coil material for connectors, plugs and electronic components as a complete system with horizontal reel.
Users should benefit from optimum straightening results even with thin coil material or quality deviations.
Particular attention was paid to the straightening rollers: The straightening machine is equipped with 19 straightening rollers, which are supported by a large number of support rollers, resulting in a high level of rigidity.
