With the addition of wire drawing machines to its product portfolio, the EJP Group now offers the complete spectrum of wire, rod, tube and profile production and processing, from forming to surface treatment, from a single source.

Among other things, the companies will be presenting the combination of a peeling system from EJP Maschinen with a new belt grinding system from EJP Wire Technology at the trade fair, which produces a particularly high-quality wire surface after peeling. It is also characterized by a particularly compact design and correspondingly low space requirements.

Founded in 2020, EJP Wire Technology from Schwerte had previously focused on the pre-treatment of wire. It now also offers complete wire drawing lines. The new product line is based on the extensive know-how that the Group’s engineers have acquired in the wire industry. As a result, the EJP Group is now also a full-range supplier in the wire sector and covers the entire spectrum of wire, rod, tube and profile production with systems manufactured in Germany.

EJP Maschinen will be exhibiting its machines for all production steps from the delivery of the material, through drawing, peeling, straightening and testing, to the storage of the finished long products.
EJP Tosca presents its wheel blast machines for wire and other long products, including the “TS-CV” wheel blast machine for mechanical inline surface cleaning and roughening of wire. Three or more turbines positioned around the wire remove scale and oxide with metallic abrasive.
