Automation and high performance are the focus of Schwarze-Robitec’s trade fair appearance at Tube 2026 from April 13 to 17 in Düsseldorf. With the CNC 80 E TB MR and the Robibend 40 – a robotic system for flexible tube processing – the tube bending specialist will be demonstrating how precise, variable and efficient production processes can be designed.

Whether CNC technology or robotics integration – Schwarze-Robitec will be presenting its broad spectrum for tube processing in Düsseldorf. For example, the CNC 80 E TB MR will be demonstrating at the trade fair how series performance and process stability work together. The machine bends tubes with an outer diameter of up to 80 mm and is particularly suitable for applications in the automotive industry. Its CNC-controlled drive technology ensures short cycle times and supports high quantities with constant repeat accuracy.

Program bending head and robot system as a unit

With the Robibend 40, Schwarze Robitec presents a central highlight. The machine combines the bending head and robot system into a single unit that can be programmed as a single machine via a common control system, without the need for separate teaching. The specially developed gripper system aligns the tube with rotational accuracy. The robot can move the workpiece freely in space and guide it into the tool at different angles. This enables flexible bending sequences that conventional configurations cannot achieve – a clear advantage for complex geometries.
A Busbar component is bent live at the trade fair and demonstrates the system’s capabilities. The latest control generation NxG 2.0 expands the concept with new automation and operating functions.

Focus on the growth market of shipbuilding

In addition to the topics of electromobility, automation and individual manufacturing for series and large-scale production, Schwarze-Robitec is increasingly focusing on shipbuilding – an industry that is currently growing strongly and in which tube systems play a central role. The company is underlining this focus visually with its new trade fair concept. The design reference to the maritime sector refers to the heavy-duty systems that Schwarze Robitec develops for shipbuilding applications. As part of the Daum Business Development GmbH & Co KG group of companies, the company is also looking to the future with financial stability and clear growth targets.
