Vernet Behringer will be presenting the new HDV for marking, drilling and milling steel profiles for the first time at Schweissen & Schneiden.

The HDV combines the features of the HDX in a more compact format:

– Three independent processing units with a stroke of x=200 mm enable, for example, the flanges of H-profiles to be drilled and the part number to be scribed into the web at the same time.
– Very rigid frame with oversized guides ensures fast milling processes with optimum tool life: up to 16 mm cutting depth with the exclusive VBmill milling cutter with 16 mm diameter.
– Processing range for profile sizes from 50 x 50 mm to 1000 x 450 mm, even from 40 x 40 mm with the optional kit for small profiles
– Vscoring scoring system on three or four sides with the added benefit of low-noise operation
– Eko design with a focus on energy efficiency: The connected load is on average half that of standard market machines, but the working performance is the same or even higher, according to Behringer.
– Pronc3 software package with modules for importing various formats (dstv, dstv+, ifc, step, dxf, …), intelligent warehouse management, advanced nesting, production feedback and so on

Vernet Behringer offers numerous customization options for different applications: Four-sided machining, flow drilling, machining of steel profiles for windows and doors et cetera.
The HDV is presented in combination with the Behringer saw HBE320-523G, which meets the requirements of metal fabricators, locksmiths, steel trade, steel construction and steel service centers: Performance thanks to Behringer cutting pressure control and fine feed control by servo motor, versatility thanks to 60° rotation on both sides and low operating costs, the oversized frame and cast iron band guide elements enable a significant increase in the service life of the bands.

Vernet Behringer’s marking, drilling, milling and sawing lines can be configured with a variety of storage, loading and unloading systems. The automation options enable users to operate their systems at night without operating personnel.

As part of the “Partners for Steel” (P4S) cooperation, these systems can be combined with automated blasting and painting systems from Rösler – for even higher productivity thanks to automatic profile transfer between the machines.
