Now also with Bricscad support
Data M has been offering its Copra RF design software for roll forming for almost 40 years now and has relied on the market-leading Autocad CAD software from Autodesk for a user-friendly interface right from the start. With the new release of Copra RF, there is now an alternative solution: Copra RF 2025 supports another CAD system in addition to Autocad 2025: Bricscad 24. Bricscad is a CAD software developed by the Belgian company Bricsys NV (part of Hexagon AB). As an alternative to Autocad, it offers similar functions for creating and editing 2D drawings and 3D models and also supports the DWG file format – the native format of Autocad. This enables seamless collaboration between users of both systems. Managing Director Maximilian Sedlmaier emphasizes: “Copra RF 2025 offers the full range of functions with both Autocad and Bricscad without any restrictions compared to the proven Autocad integration. This means we offer even more flexibility in the choice of software.”
