Proven concept, new topics” – this is the motto of the free Pilz “Automation on Tour” event series for 2022. Since February, the successful seminar series “Safe Automation” has again been coming to machine manufacturers, design engineers & Co. on site. This time: the most important safety and security aspects in the operation of machines and systems. Participants learn from Pilz experts how they can best master their safety and security challenges in everyday work. In addition, the associated online format “Automation on Tour – Web compact” regularly refreshes knowledge about automation.

The successful, practice-oriented Pilz event series “Automation on Tour” is going on tour again in 2022. From February to May, automation experts will show how machines and plants can become even more productive thanks to the right access concept as part of the “Safe Automation” seminar series. Using practical examples, participants learn first-hand how they can implement safety-related operating modes and their selection in compliance with standards.

The highlight: Pilz experts create a live control engineering safety solution – from risk assessment to the safety concept and verification. The seminar is aimed at machine manufacturers, design engineers, safety officers as well as maintenance and production managers of companies.

As part of the series of events, Pilz is a guest in 35 cities across Germany – from Rostock to Weingarten. The second series of seminars on “Safe operation of plant and machinery” will then start in September 2022.
Refresh knowledge online

For those who can’t be there but still want to keep up to date with automation, Pilz offers a web seminar on a current topic twice a month in the online format “Automation on Tour – Web compact”. Here, too, the focus is on a high level of practical relevance and knowledge transfer. Following the compactly presented contents, there will be sufficient room for exchange with the experts.

Please note: Due to the current requirements of the Corona Ordinance, changes to the tour program may occur at short notice. All information on the content, dates, venues and registration for the free seminar series “Safe Automation on Tour 2022” can be found at www.automationontour.de.
