NEW COMPANY TO INCREASE SERVICE PERFORMANCE

As part of its recently published medium and long-term business plans, the Amada Group is establishing a new, independent company: Amada Service Europe.
This proactive step is an important building block towards even better customer service and will be a further differentiator for one of the world’s leading manufacturers of sheet metal working machines.

Since April 2024, Amada Service Europe has been building on the company’s many years of experience with innovative technology, a comprehensive range of machines and, above all, market-leading service support.
The creation of the new division will enable Amada to provide a consistently high level of service to every market in Europe.
The company’s headquarters are located in the Amada France buildings in Paris.
However, it is very important to note that Amada will not change in any way the highly efficient service that customers already receive on a daily basis from their local service teams.
The creation of Amada Service Europe will ensure a consistent service across Europe, regardless of location.
“We want to provide the same first-class service quality no matter where the customer is located in Europe, including developing countries,” promises Christophe Sangnier, President of Amada Service Europe.
“The new company has set itself a number of important goals, including the further qualification of service technicians in line with rapidly developing machine technology. We will also continue to improve delivery times for spare parts and consumables.”
In addition, Amada Service Europe will strive for greater digitalization by offering high quality and tailored industrial IoT services across all markets and territories, while another key objective is to promote best practice services across Europe for the benefit of end customers.
“Amada’s European service teams support their customers proactively, quickly and professionally,” announces Mr. Sangnier, who has 27 years of service experience at Amada.
“I want to use my knowledge to unify Amada Service Europe and provide the same market-leading level of service across the continent. Amada is already known for its excellent service, but creating a consistent high level of service across the board will give our European customers even more peace of mind.”
