RAS Reinhardt Maschinenbau is presenting a folding machine called Turbo2plus Compact with a new XXL folding beam. It is available in bending lengths of 2,540 mm, 3,200 mm or 4,060 mm and combines high bending performance with a compact design.
The new bending beam offers a clearance range of up to 5 mm behind the bending line, allowing additional flexibility for complex component geometries. Another new feature is the processing of sheet thicknesses up to 2.0 mm in this version.
The swivel bending machine is complemented by the 14 mm crown tool with adjustable crowning, which ensures uniform and high-quality bending results over the entire working length.
