The new version of the Stampack Xpress 2026.1 software will be on display at the Stampack booth at Euroblech 2026. This enables designers to address cost drivers early on: Volume simulation reduces the need for trial-and-error testing on the actual die, optimized material utilization saves more than 1% in material costs, and clever process design can reduce the number of die stations.
In total, the vendor has already implemented 51 new features and improvements in version 2026.1. A key focus is on the analysis and presentation of simulation results. The new Report Manager automatically exports results to PowerPoint presentations, while the View Manager simplifies the creation, management, and reuse of result views. For symmetrical parts, Stampack Xpress can now display the entire component during postprocessing.
