Technotrans will showcase spray lubrication systems for punching and forming technology at Euroblech from October 20 to 23, 2026. The focus will be on an advanced nozzle monitoring system for detecting clogged and partially clogged valves, as well as modular systems designed for resource-efficient and flexible operation.

Among other things, the modular Spray-xact b/c and Spray-xact reflection spray lubrication systems will be on display at the booth. The systems can be adapted to the requirements of both new and existing equipment. Another key feature is the automatic monitoring of the spraying process, which is designed to detect deviations in flow rate and thereby support process monitoring.

According to Hary Kosciesza, Business Development Manager at Technotrans, the company expanded its portfolio in the run-up to Euroblech to include technologies for process reliability, resource conservation, and automation. These aspects have become increasingly important for companies in the stamping and forming industry given the current economic conditions. At the same time, Technotrans is currently seeing rising demand for retrofit projects.

Compressed-air-free lubrication with automated functions

According to Kosciesza, there is particular demand for replacing older lubrication systems with energy- and media-saving systems such as the Spray-xact series. This series enables lubrication using small amounts of lubricant and is therefore designed for resource-efficient operation.

The Spray-xact c spray lubrication system features a double-walled housing design and is designed for spray widths of up to 2,000 mm. Telescoping spray bars can be adjusted automatically, allowing for different spray widths to be set. This helps reduce overspray during the production process. Oil is applied without compressed air. The precise application of the medium also reduces the amount of cleaning required.

Nozzle Monitoring Detects Deviations in Flow Rate

Technotrans has further developed its nozzle monitoring system to monitor the lubrication process. The inspection system automatically monitors the spraying process and detects clogged or partially clogged valves. It also detects even minor deviations in the flow rate.

Monitoring helps detect disruptions in the spraying process at an early stage, thereby supporting production reliability and equipment availability. In addition, controlling the flow rate can help prevent unnecessary consumption of materials.

Temperature Management for Industrial Applications

In addition to spray lubrication systems, Technotrans will be showcasing temperature and fluid management systems at Euroblech. The Sassenberg-based company develops these systems for a variety of industrial applications. The equipment is used, among other things, in sheet metal processing, medical and plastics technology, electromobility, and data and IT infrastructure. A key focus of development is on ensuring that the systems operate in a resource-efficient manner.
