Three days at the heart of the global aluminium industry: The world’s leading aluminium event returns with a sharper focus on critical conversations, commercial clarity, and practical delivery. Backed by an expanded conference programme and closer dialogue with policymakers and stakeholders, the 2026 edition stands as the industry’s decision platform and business barometer. Visitor registration is now live.

Aluminium professionals around the world can now buy their tickets for ALUMINIUM 2026, the global meeting place for the industry, taking place from 6 to 8 October 2026 at Messe Düsseldorf, Germany. Over three days, decision-makers will find the suppliers, solutions, and critical conversations that translate strategic goals into deliverable outcomes.
“Visitors arrive in Düsseldorf with sharper questions: who can deliver against compliance and market realities, who can be trusted with critical supply, whose technology will make a measurable difference on the shop floor, not just on paper. ALUMINIUM 2026 is built to make those conversations efficient, focused, and commercially meaningful,” says Patrick Herman, Event Director of ALUMINIUM at RX.
More than 800 exhibitors and partners are expected to connect with 20,000+ trade visitors from over 100 countries – 73% of them involved in purchasing decisions. The 5-star line-up features global players such as Alcoa, AMAG, Elval, Emirates Global Aluminium, Ma’aden, Norsk Hydro, Novelis, Rio Tinto, Speira, and Trimet, alongside specialist SMEs and start-ups.
Across six halls, the show brings together the technologies driving day-to-day practice: extrusion and rolling, surface treatment, metalworking, joining technologies, automation, casting and heat treatment, primary production and recycling, plus toll manufacturing and software – with a strong spotlight on sustainability solutions.

Themed Pavilions – Foundry, Primary, Surface, Magnesium, and Sustainability – concentrate specialist expertise in one place for in-depth exploration and networking. The Country Pavilions from Denmark, Norway, and Aluminium Scandinavia open direct access to key regional markets.
New themes and initiatives lend the 2026 programme its strongest profile yet. The ALUMINIUM Conference, organised by official event partner Aluminium Deutschland – with close ties to Berlin and Brussels, where industry policy is shaped – reflects the issues that will define the next decade of industrial transformation: from circular economy, raw materials security, and economic competitiveness to innovation across aerospace, mobility, and defence.
On a second track, the new Sustainability & Recycling Conference, hosted in collaboration with CRU, expands the popular 2024 Speakers Corner into a full conference programme on circular economy, low-carbon production, and greener processing. It is complemented by the Sustainability & Recycling Plaza in Hall 6 – a dedicated exhibition zone, showcase, and networking lounge.

The brand-new ALUMINIUM Innovation Awards are now open for entries across three categories – low-carbon manufacturing, product innovation, and smart, connected manufacturing – with public voting in September and winners announced at the show. And the acclaimed Women with Metal Awards are also drawing strong nominations, with an expert jury preparing to select this year’s finalists over the coming weeks.
Exhibitor and Product Directories are now live online, giving visitors a first preview of who and what to expect. A refreshed set of digital tools – including the Lead Manager App and Colleqt QR – helps both exhibitors and visitors to plan and follow up more effectively.
ALUMINIUM 2026 will take place from October 6 to 8, 2026, at the Düsseldorf Exhibition Center. The trade show is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Tickets are available as a 3-day pass for €52 in advance instead of €105 at the door—a savings of more than 50%. The pass is valid for all three days of the trade show and includes all conference and award events. For more information and tickets, visit the official ALUMINIUMwebsite.
