Marking systems from Trumpf are available in various sizes and performance classes, whether for large or small components, for small or large batches. All laser marking systems are easy, comfortable and safe to use. During the design process, great importance was attached to ergonomic working. The systems are certified according to laser protection class 1 – like a DVD player – and can therefore be used without additional protective measures.

By consistently dispensing with automation technology and motorization, the TruMark Station 1000 scores even with low material throughput. Marking is quick, easy and flexible. With a workspace accessible from three sides, the lightweight workstation is suitable as a tabletop workstation and for mobile use.

The label field size is 110 mm x 110 mm. This makes the TruMark 1000 the smallest and most compact laser workstation from Trumpf to date. The entry-level device is suitable as a tabletop workstation and for mobile and flexible use.

In combination with the One-Box lasers, the TruMark Station 1000 is a true desktop plug-and-play solution.

Desktop solution for larger parts and batches

The TruMark Station 3000 is a compact marking station for small and medium-sized batches. Removable side transfer flaps, intuitive controls and multiple options make it convenient and easy to use. An optional rotary axis offers flexibility when marking different components.

At 630 mm wide, the TruMark Station 3000 forms a compact marking cube that, in combination with the One-Box lasers TruMark 1110 or TruMark 5010, becomes a true desktop solution. The workpieces may be 440 mm x 350 mm x 200 mm (WxDxH) and weigh 12 kg.

Stand-alone or in-line

The TruMark Station 5000 marking system is suitable for laser marking of medium and large batch sizes and components. It has many options for easy operation and for a wide variety of workpieces. Due to the extensive accessories, the Station 5000 can be configured for the respective tasks.

Thanks to its ergonomic design, the compact TruMark Station 5000 can be used as a standing or sitting workstation. Trumpf equips the machine with linear axes in x- and y-direction and rotary axes with various clamping systems according to the customer’s requirements.

For integration into a flow line, the marking station offers the possibility of length transfer of the workpieces. The side openings in the housing offer a high degree of flexibility so that the TruMark Station 5000 can grow with customer requirements.

Due to its flexibility and suitability for a wide range of applications, the TruMark Station 5000 is, according to Trumpf, “the all-rounder among the Trumpf marking systems”. Maximum workpiece dimensions: 680 mm x 700 mm x 500 mm (W x D x H).

Suitable for mass processing

With the largest workspace of all Trumpf marking workstations, the TruMark Station 7000 is suitable for automated series production of large batches. The interior of the station can accommodate individual large and heavy parts 1000 mm x 650 mm x 450 mm (depending on the equipment 50 to 100 kg) as well as many small components that are to be processed on pallets.

As an option, the TruMark Station 7000 can be equipped with a rotary changer system, allowing the user to benefit from loading during machining and a significant increase in productivity. The changer is perfectly suited for heavy components and fixtures up to about 35 kg per side.

The entire workspace is easily accessible and the well thought-out ergonomics make working comfortable. The motor-driven door ensures safety and increases productivity through rapid, optional partial opening and closing.

The fast axes keep the non-productive times low. Various smoke and particle extraction systems, optimally matched to the TruMark lasers, ensure an emission-free working environment even at high laser powers. In addition, the torsionally rigid system with polymer concrete slab as the central structural element ensures excellent vibration damping even with heavy components.
