RSA cutting technologies GmbH, leading manufacturer of deburring and sawing systems for metal processing, announces the acquisition of Spontan Trenn- und Entgrattechnik GmbH.
The takeover builds on an earlier collaboration from the 1990s, when RSA and Spontan worked together successfully. For existing customers, everything will remain the same – from the contact persons to the tried and tested processes. Spontan Trenn- und Entgrattechnik GmbH will therefore continue to operate as an independent company in future. At the same time, Spontan Trenn- und Entgrattechnik will benefit from RSA’s large modular system and will also be able to offer modules such as measuring, washing, drying and various robot solutions in future. Both companies have been active in the same industry for years and have made a name for themselves as market companions. “The acquisition of Spontan is a logical step for us to further expand our position in the market and to exploit synergies resulting from our previous collaboration,” explains Thomas Berg, Managing Director of RSA Cutting Technologies GmbH. “The integration will enable us to offer our Spontan customers even more comprehensive solutions and combine the innovative strength of both companies. With this acquisition, we will further strengthen our market position and guarantee customers of both companies a seamless continuation of the proven service.” Spontan Trenn- und Entgrattechnik is known for its high-precision and efficient sawing systems and deburring systems, which are used in various industries, including conveyor technology, steel trade and store fitting. As part of this realignment, RSA is assuming responsibility for existing customer relationships and continuing its successful product development.
Having already acquired Schwarz Maschinenbau GmbH in July 2024, RSA Cutting Technologies GmbH is continuing its growth trajectory with this strategic acquisition and consolidating its position as one of the leading suppliers in the industry.
