The Pommier Group takes over Titgemeyer’s vehicle components business, including Rieko GmbH. In this way, both companies aim to create added value for their customers through specialization, continuity and a stronger focus on their core competencies.

Pommier, one of Europe’s leading suppliers of equipment and components for car body construction, is financing the acquisition from its own funds. The purchase price remains confidential, according to Titgemeyer. The aim of the transaction is to expand Pommier’s expertise in the field of vehicle components and to strengthen its presence in the German market.
Effective April 1, 2026, Pommier will take over the vehicle components division, also known under the GTO brand. Osnabrück will also become the new headquarters of Pommier Germany.

As part of the transaction, Pommier will also become the owner of Rieko GmbH with a production site in Pliezhausen. The company, founded in 1963, specializes in the development and manufacture of roller shutters and systems for special, emergency and commercial vehicles.

With this transaction, Titgemeyer is focusing on its core business as a supplier of fastening technology, automation systems with in-house production and industrial components.
