Considered a world leader in the development and manufacture of ultrasonic technology for welding, cutting, cleaning and screening, Telsonic AG once again demonstrates its commitment to product development and innovation with the launch of the new TelsoTerminal TT7.

The Telso Terminal TT7 expands the application possibilities of ultrasonic metal welding in many areas, especially in the fast-growing electromobility sector, where the demand for quality and process control at the highest level in cable assembly, contact part assembly and battery production is increasing.

The system incorporates the latest version of Telsonic’s renowned PowerWheel welding technology, which offers reliability and process control when welding metal cables with cross-sections up to 200 mm².

Other benefits include the TT7’s new quick-change system, which enables tool changes in less than five minutes. The Telso Terminal TT7 also features standardized interfaces for digital networking and easy integration into production systems.
