Dreistern will be presenting the latest technologies for economical and efficient roll forming at Blechexpo. In addition, two specialist presentations on current topics relating to roll forming will be held daily at the trade fair stand.
The highlight of the stand is a 3D LED screen measuring over 7 m², on which the latest version of the multifunctional roll forming system will be shown in its original size and in full detail – from the coiler to the forming process to the finished profile. Punching, welding, cutting and testing modules are integrated, as are quality control systems. Dreistern will also be presenting the further development of the intelligent straightening unit. The system increases process transparency, supports quality control and continuously monitors the profile geometry.
