It has a warehouse with more than 10,000 spare parts, customers receive their order within 24 hours. If the desired part or the required component is not among them, Schuler&#8217;s experts ensure in-house production thanks to a comprehensive range of machinery and round-the-clock on-call availability.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The employees at our Service Center have many years of experience and the highest technical know-how in the production and repair of new and spare parts,&#8221; emphasizes Service Managing Director Torsten Petrick. Bed milling, portal milling, turning and arrow gear machines as well as high-quality measuring and testing tools are used for production or repair: &#8220;This allows us to react quickly to our customers&#8217; needs and enable maximum availability of their equipment.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>By the way, this does not have to be a Schuler press: The Service Center also supplies high-precision components for lines from other manufacturers. These include, for example, pressure points, transfers, drive trains, eccentric wheels, plungers, drawing cushions, hydraulic cylinders or control blocks.
