This allows users to easily reload, backup and organize programs for their Cloos robotic systems via network.<\/h3>\n<p>With C-Gate.PG robot programs can be used centrally in the network for all Cloos plants. They do not have to be stored on a robot, but can be reloaded as needed. Likewise, an updated program can be saved from the robot to C-Gate.<\/p>\n<h4>Integration with Carola EDI and RoboPlan<\/h4>\n<p>The programs are available in file format via a WebDAV interface. This can be mounted as a network drive under Windows or used to back up programs. The file structure is compatible with Carola EDI and RoboPlan, allowing easy integration of applications with C-Gate. A connection of C-Gate to the Cloos program editor Carola EDI offers the parallel development of robot programs from several PCs in the network.<\/p>\n<h4>Traceability of all program changes<\/h4>\n<p>In the future, C-Gate.PG will provide the ability to search and restore older versions of programs. This functionality makes it possible to track program changes and their impact on production. Furthermore, an automatic synchronization between robot and C-Gate as well as an extended organization of programs is planned.<\/p>\n<h4>Monitoring and control of production processes<\/h4>\n<p>With the C-Gate IoT platform, users can access real-time information from their welding production. All data is centrally recorded and processed in the holistic information and communication tool. This allows users to monitor their production processes down to the smallest detail and control them in a forward-looking manner. It consists of several modules that users can activate depending on their individual digitization strategy.<\/p>\n<h4>C-Gate&#8217;s IoT Hub and Connector<\/h4>\n<p>The individual modules are provided as software on a central C-Gate IoT hub. This ensures secure and reliable communication between the user&#8217;s IT infrastructure and the connected systems and devices. Optionally, users can use the new C-Gate IoT Connector. This is an edge gateway that is installed in robot systems or welding equipment as a data\/application buffer and firewall. The C-Gate IoT Connector enables offline provisioning of IoT hub data as well as secure transmission and buffering of device data. Another advantage here is the separation of the machine network and other networks.<\/p>\n<h4>Further innovations of the C-Gate IoT Platform<\/h4>\n<p>The C-Gate IoT Platform can now also be used with the new QINEO QuesT TIG welding power source.<br \/>\nIn the Dashboard, widgets can now be set with a custom time window. In the case of a component count, it is now possible to display this on the basis of production steps.
