A binding agreement to this effect has been signed by both parties.<\/h3>\n<p>Gesco SE is an industrial group comprising leading companies in the capital goods industry, with a focus on Materials Refinement &#038; Distribution, Health Care &#038; Life Sciences, and Industrial Assets &#038; Infrastructure. According to Gesco, the transaction strengthens the Industrial Assets &#038; Infrastructure segment, which brings together leading niche providers in mechanical and plant engineering.<\/p>\n<p>Johannes Pfeffer, CEO of Gesco SE, says: \u201cWith the Arku Group, we are adding a technologically leading company to our portfolio that has a strong market position in an attractive niche. We were particularly impressed by the combination of technical expertise, international presence, and a strong corporate culture. Together with the existing management team, we intend to sustainably develop this long-established company under the umbrella of the Gesco Group and tap into additional growth potential. The acquisition of Arku underscores our role as a reliable partner to small and medium-sized businesses.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Albert Reiss, a partner at Arku Maschinenbau GmbH, explains: \u201cWhen selecting a new owner, it was crucial for us to place Arku\u2019s long-term development in reliable hands. Gesco stands for a sustainable investment model, business continuity, and the targeted development of medium-sized companies. We therefore see excellent conditions for continuing Arku\u2019s success story together with the existing management and employees.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Arku is a global market and technology leader in precision leveling machines, strip processing lines, and deburring machines for industrial sheet metal processing. Arku has locations as well as leveling and deburring centers in Germany, the U.S., and China. The existing management team will remain in place following the acquisition and will continue to oversee the operational development of the locations.
