Using a configurator, users can define up to 200 starting holes and threads according to their specific requirements and have them machined into blocks that have already been hardened.<\/h3>\n<p>The selection of steel and the installation hardness depends, among other factors, on the sheet thickness and strength of the material to be machined. The Meusburger portal allows for the individual configuration of EDM blocks with starter holes. Up to 200 freely positionable starter holes with a diameter of 1 mm are possible. This option is available for both annealed and hardened EDM blocks. Exceptions are the carbide grades CF-H25S+ and CF-H40S+.
