Cutlite is to continue as an independent brand with its own manufacturing, sales, and service facilities. The focus is on custom-designed large-format systems and laser cutting systems with power ratings ranging from 30 to 60 kW.<\/h3>\n<p>With this transaction, Trumpf is expanding its product portfolio to include custom-designed, large-format laser cutting systems with high laser power as well as machines for processing large-format tubes. Cutlite will continue to develop and manufacture custom cutting systems for large formats. With this acquisition, Trumpf gains additional manufacturing capacity and expertise for custom-designed machines.<br \/>\nCutlite develops and manufactures its laser cutting machines in Prato, Italy.
