This version offers new functions and enhancements that have been specially developed for users in the field of progressive dies. In addition, AutoForm ProgDie R13 features reduced file sizes, allowing significantly smaller simulation files without compromising results or affecting engineering decisions.  <\/h3>\n<p>AutoForm ProgThe R13 offers new possibilities and enhancements for manufacturers of progressive dies. The software has been extended to include the self-symmetry function, which was previously only available in AutoForm Forming. Users can now import self-symmetrical parts as a whole or as a symmetry section and easily create a complete strip layout. The self-symmetry feature can be applied flexibly throughout the design process.<br \/>\nThe software also offers a feature that allows users to edit two separate self-symmetrical parts within a single strip layout. In addition, the advanced layout options allow for optimal strip layout design with minimal material consumption.    <\/p>\n<p>In addition, this latest software release supports users in creating a 3D strip chart with an improved intuitive drag-and-drop 3D option that greatly simplifies the design process.<\/p>\n<p>One of the most important enhancements is the new ability to flexibly rearrange, group and customize independent geometric features such as shapes and holes directly in the strip layout. With AutoForm ProgDie R13, users can focus more on the design process instead of worrying about the order of geometric functions, as these can be arranged later directly when designing the strip layout. <\/p>\n<p>AutoForm ProgThe R13 also offers enhancements in the evaluation of forming forces. Previously, the forming forces were only calculated for synchronized time steps in the forming process, without taking into account what happens between these steps. With AutoForm ProgDie R13, users can now also take into account intermediate time steps for more precise evaluations.
