The step is being taken by mutual agreement. Ilse Henne, Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board: &#8220;Dennis Grimm has assumed responsibility for steel at Thyssenkrupp in a challenging phase and, in addition to numerous operational improvements, has played a decisive role in shaping a new industrial concept and initiated the urgently needed restructuring.
