As a compact inverter power source, the lightweight and portable TIG welding machine has the same high-quality features as the Picotig 220 puls DC and can also be used worldwide thanks to the automatic adjustment of the mains voltage &#8211; perfect for workshops and construction sites. <\/h3>\n<p>Like the Picotig 220 puls DC, the Picotig 180 puls DC scores points with its robust design, intuitive operation and light weight of just ten kilograms. Equipped with PFC (Power Factor Correction) technology, the new version ensures optimum power consumption from the mains supply. As a result, the device achieves a high output power despite possible mains fluctuations, thus enabling energy-efficient and stable welding operation.  <\/p>\n<p>The multivolt function allows it to be used worldwide &#8211; even under difficult conditions such as mains voltage deviations, long mains supply cables or in generator mode. This makes the new Picotig a genuine all-round device for a wide range of challenges in TIG and MMA welding. Two large displays, a click-wheel and logically arranged pushbuttons enable safe operation &#8211; even when wearing gloves and for complex welding tasks. All relevant parameters are directly visible. All available welding processes can be selected, such as the common impulse and standard processes as well as SpotArc and Spotmatic.   <\/p>\n<p>With a mains cable of 3.5 m, the welding machine offers a large working radius and does not require an extension cable. In addition to conventional welding torches, the standard 5-pin digital welding torch connection also enables the connection of TIG-Retox-XQ welding torches, which offer particularly convenient operation during the welding process. <\/p>\n<p>The welding current is displayed digitally and can be adjusted continuously.
