At the Blechexpo in Stuttgart, Remmert presented efficient intralogistics solutions for sheet metal and long goods. Universal laser automation for 2 to 4 laser cutting machines and space-optimized storage systems with the latest WMS solution are the top themes. <\/h3>\n

Laserflex from Remmert is a universal and fast laser automation solution. Four laser cutting machines can be automated via a central automation line. Any laser cutting machine, regardless of manufacturer, can be integrated. Together with the Remmert sheet metal storage systems, which offer up to several hundred storage locations for sheets in formats up to 6020, laser cutting processes can be operated with minimal machine downtimes and very few personnel. The combination of different sheet formats in one system, for example 3015 plus 4020, significantly reduces space requirements and improves production processes. <\/p>\n

WMS and material flow control in one system<\/h4>\n

With “Integrated Solutions”, Remmert is also presenting its next-generation software solutions. Visitors to the Remmert stand will get their first glimpse of the completely revised WMS. In addition to the integrated material flow control, the new warehouse management system offers numerous other functions that are displayed in a user-friendly way on every screen, from the monitor to the handheld. The software is modular from the ground up, so that the system can be configured individually depending on the intended use. Additional functions can be docked on quickly and easily. The new system promises significant time savings during commissioning and simple training for operating personnel. <\/p>\n
