With Tandem+, a new chapter in MIG\/MAG welding technology is now beginning,&#8221; explains Stephan Pittner, CEO of the Cloos Group. &#8220;We are combining maximum deposition rate with maximum efficiency and thus creating new standards for our customers worldwide.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>During the live demonstration in a fully automated robot cell, visitors can experience first-hand how the innovative three-wire process works in practice. According to Cloos, Tandem+ raises the deposition rate &#8220;to a completely new level&#8221; &#8211; with a reduced number of welding layers and shorter welding times. This makes the process ideal for large-volume welding work in industries such as rail vehicle construction, wind power and steel construction.  <\/p>\n<h4>Automated welding: flexible, scalable, efficient<\/h4>\n<p>Cloos will also be exhibiting a compact standard robot system that demonstrates various welding processes and components in a modular design. This cell illustrates how Cloos technology can be flexibly scaled and integrated into a wide range of production environments &#8211; from single part production to series production.<x id=\"gid_0\"><\/x>Another highlight is the ArcBoT cobot solution, which is ideal for small quantities, varying component geometries and flexible production environments. Qineo QuesT is Cloos&#8217; high-end solution for demanding TIG welding.
