The Laser Blanking Line 1.18 DFT offers considerable advantages over conventional cut-to-length lines with shears because it reduces the number of work steps and increases material utilization. <\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">As the system enables the production of individually shaped blanks in addition to trapezoidal and rectangular blanks, continuous operational efficiency and flexibility are guaranteed. With this laser blanking line, for example, additional shaped parts or cut-outs and holes can be cut directly into the blanks in a single work step in the area of steel service centers, so that a subsequent additional work step for cutting master blanks is no longer necessary. Furthermore, this newly developed system offers considerable material savings thanks to intelligent cross-sections that are more closely aligned with the required final component contours and &#8211; depending on the geometry &#8211; continue to enable the high output rate of up to 45 parts per minute.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p>The Laser Blanking Line 1.18 DFT is able to process materials with a thickness of 0.6 to 6 mm directly from the coil &#8211; be it steel, aluminum and stainless steel, including high-strength materials over 1000 MPa, which can often lead to process-related difficulties with mechanical tool systems. The new line concept requires neither complex foundation work nor cable routes in the ground and no pit for a loop.
