The project includes advanced technology, including a pickling\/tandem line with CVC technology, a continuous hot-dip galvanizing line, a continuous annealing and galvanizing line and a rewinding and inspection line. These key components ensure that SSAB can deliver its specialty products in high quality.  <\/p>\n<p>Fully electrically heated ovens from Drever use a combination of induction and electric radiant tubes to reduce CO2 production to a minimum. The precise regulation of the coating thickness by Duma strip zinc stripper nozzles ensures optimum surface quality. Robotics applications and logistics systems from Amova optimize the material flow and logistics processes within the new cold rolling complex.  <\/p>\n<p>In addition, comprehensive automation and digitalization solutions ensure production efficiency, process stability and product quality.
