This acquisition is therefore a key step in the &#8220;Evolve by Integration&#8221; strategy. It expands the portfolio of sheet metal processing technologies with future-oriented automation technologies and customer-specific solutions in order to further develop the company&#8217;s claim to leadership in flexible manufacturing systems.  <\/p>\n<p>Based in Pordenone, Italy, Sistec AM specializes in the design, development and manufacture of robots and customized automation systems for production processes.
