Hypertherm Associates was advised on the development of the agreement by Lincoln International and Advant NTCM, while BLM Group was advised by Grimani &amp; Pesce and Gianni &amp; Origoni.<\/p>\n<p>The strategic partnership will enable both companies to maintain their current governance structure, operations and strategic priorities, allowing for continuous innovation and consistent operational management.<\/p>\n<p>The BLM Group looks back on a proud tradition as a globally active family business with headquarters and production facilities in Cant\u00f9 and Levico Terme in Italy. Hypertherm Associates, based in the USA, is 100 percent employee-owned.
