With a newly compiled range, Tyczka not only completely covers this broad spectrum of applications, but also offers sustainable alternatives for the decarbonization of corresponding processes. The company also made this clear at the H\u00e4rtereiKongress 2023 in Cologne.<\/p>\n<h4>Heat generation with liquid gas (propane)<\/h4>\n<p>In addition to their function as process gas, liquefied gas solutions from Tyczka enable a decentralized, economical and grid-independent fuel gas supply from reliable sources. This offers an interesting alternative to energy supply with natural gas. In the case of air-propane mixtures, no conversion of the burners is necessary. In addition, propane-powered systems increase the security of supply by diversifying the energy supply: because no fixed pipeline network is required, they can be installed anywhere and are mobile and flexible. They can be upgraded and converted on a modular basis and adapted precisely to the required heat output. This means, for example, that one system can be operated with natural gas and another with liquid gas, which avoids peak loads when purchasing natural gas. Tyczka supplies the necessary supply technology as compact systems. These enable a supply up to the megawatt range.<\/p>\n<h4>Process, refrigeration and calibration gases<\/h4>\n<p>In addition to gases for heat generation, Tyczka also offers a broad portfolio of process, refrigeration and calibration gases. The focus here is primarily on nitrogen (N2), as it is used extensively as a protective and safety gas due to its inert properties. With the highest cooling capacity of all air gases, it is also used in liquid form in cryogenic treatment.<\/p>\n<p>The liquefied gas propane (C3H8) can also be used in a wide range of applications to enrich the furnace atmosphere and to produce endogas. In DIN quality, propane guarantees a constant energy content and worries about high CO2 levels in natural gas are a thing of the past with a reliable propane supply. The portfolio is also supplemented by ammonia (NH3) for nitrogenization processes and methanol (CH3OH) for protective gas production.<br \/>\nHydrogen is used as a process gas with high thermal conductivity, but also as a reducing shielding gas component and as a climate-neutral fuel gas. Last but not least, a very wide selection of certified calibration and high-purity gases ensures stable process and quality chains.<\/p>\n<h4>Decarbonization with &#8220;Green Atmospheric Gases&#8221;<\/h4>\n<p>Resource-intensive applications in particular, such as heat treatment, also offer great potential for decarbonization. For example, Tyczka offers the air gases nitrogen, oxygen and argon, which are produced with electricity from 100 percent hydropower, as &#8220;Green Atmospheric Gases&#8221;.<br \/>\nHydrogen produced by Tyczka by electrolysis is also available as green hydrogen from renewable electricity. Without having to adapt their established processes, industrial users can improve their environmental standards and carbon footprint in no time at all. The CO2-reduced production process of Tyczka&#8217;s green gases is confirmed by official certification from T\u00dcV S\u00fcd. Supply and application technology The supply and application technology required for the safe use of gases rounds off Tyczka&#8217;s range of products for heat treatment. This includes project planning, engineering and installation of gas supply systems, plant and pipeline construction as well as the provision of plant technology such as gas mixers and cryogenic treatment plants.
